Important note!

You will need to sign up for a membership in order to register for the conference. Apply for a new membership here. You should receive a confirmation email that will provide your login information (username will be your email address) and a link to reset your password. 

If you were a member within the last several years, then login as account type "Member."  You will be prompted to pay membership dues upon login.  If you have not been a member within the last 3 years, then you will need to apply for a new membership.

 It is important to choose the correct account type (member or non-member) before clicking "Forgot username/password."  If you request a forgotten username or password and the email does not show up, then try again using the other account type.
